Has Make-a-Store been sold?
No, Make-a-Store has not been sold. We've changed our name and the look and feel of our site, but we still have the same owners.
Who will provide customer and technical support to my company?
The people who you worked with at Make-a-Store will be the same people providing stellar ecommerce strategy, technical and customer support at Upshot Commerce.
What company will show up on my credit card statement?
Subscription fees for your ecommerce solution will continue to appear as "Make-a-Store, Inc."
All of the email contacts I have are for someone@make-a-store.com. Will I have to update my address book?
There will be no need to update your contacts or address book. All email contacts you had at Make-a-Store will still work.
My Toolkit has "mas" in the URL. Will this change?"
If you have MAS in your Toolkit URL, that will remain forever. There is no need to change anything on your part
