Support Contracts

Many clients contract us as their IT Development and Maintenance Outsource team. The minimum contract duration is 3 months with a minimum allocation of 20 work hrs/month. Contract includes project management, minor application development, minor custom programming, and graphic design.

Services provided under the terms of the contract are to be performed on an average of not less than twenty (20) hours per month and at a minimum :

  • Hours may be reallocated from following month's hours to complete services provided. i.e. 30 hours month one and 10 hours month two.
  • Hours may be banked from one month to the next month, but may not be carried forward beyond the duration of the contract and any extension.
  • Client may contact us by phone, email, or fax to initiate any desired services. We will respond in a timely fashion to you and provide status of service.
  • We may, at our discretion, provide services beyond the scope of the contract. You will be notified of any such action in writing and consent in writing to the same.
  • We may provide weekend or after normal business hour activities to complete required service at our discretion.
  • Weekly and monthly status reports as to services provided and services expected will be completed by our support specialists and submitted to you.
Support Incidents
  • Telephone Support - $75 per incident
  • Webinar Based Support - $100 per incident
  • Priority Email Support - $100/month
