The SYNNEXExtension is software directly integrated into your Upshot Commerce shopping cart software package. This extension does not work with other shopping cart systems.

No need to keep goods in stock; just simply let us import your SYNNEX drop ship inventory store items, and your own inventory items if applicable, into our shopping cart software.

Option 1. Flat File Management

*NOTE: We will need to examine your data files prior to committing to this 1-time fee. Upon completion of our examination of your data files, we will confirm if additional work is required to integrate your SYNNEX account into our system.
Typical SYNNEX Drop Shipper Shopping Cart Workflow
  1. Your SYNNEX drop shipper representative has given you .csv or flat files which contains their entire inventory for you to sell in your shopping cart solution
  2. You may want to sell all items or a select number of items from your SYNNEX drop shipper account
  3. Our team, during your set-up, will create filters so only the items you want to sell are imported into your Upshot Commerce ecommerce system, along with the associated default category mapping
  4. Depending upon the material your SYNNEX drop shipper account provides to you (images, item descriptions, etc), everything will automatically be available in your e-commerce browser-based back-office to edit and manage
  5. After configuring and customizing your storefront, your customers simply shop, place orders and make payments to your Upshot Commerce powered ecommerce website, which is deposited directly to your merchant account
  6. You batch download the orders from your Upshot Commerce shopping cart software and send them to your SYNNEX drop shipper account representative for fulfillment
  7. We also provide your SYNNEX drop shipper representative with their own control panel to login and update order status as well as provide tracking numbers, if they provide you with this service
